"Pickup Was Easy, Honestly"
I ordered it online and picked it up at the store quickly. Not sure what else people expect, but I had no issues at all. It was simple, fast, and everything went the way it was supposed to.

It wasn’t too bad. I mean, I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first, but it ended up being okay... maybe even better than I thought in a few ways. Nothing really blew me away, but yeah, overall I’d say it was a decent experience.

I brought my bike into GP Bikes for service and, it was mostly a good experience. The guys at the counter were friendly enough and explained what they found in a straightforward way, without making me feel like they were trying to talk me into extra stuff.
I’m not totally sure I’d call it super quick, since it took longer than I expected to hear back, but the work seems to have been done properly. The bike feels good now, so I guess I can’t complain too much.

I got my bike through GP Bikes the financing part was a lot easier than I expected. I filled everything out online and got a call back quickly, which was nice. They weren’t pushy at all, and once I got someone on the phone, they explained what I needed clearly. That said, I did get a little annoyed because some of the communication before that was vague, and I wasn’t always sure what the next step was or what they were waiting on from me. I had a couple small questions and they answered them fine, so it wasn’t a big deal in the end. Overall, it was still a smooth process and I’d use them again...
